Shipping & Returns
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart to help you find the perfect fit. Our shirts are unisex unless otherwise noted, so we recommend checking the measurements carefully. Still unsure? Reach out — we’re happy to help!
What is the return policy?
Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or style preferences.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We get started on your shirt as soon as you order, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

When will I get my order?
All our shirts are made to order, so please allow 2-7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location. For more info, check out our Shipping & Returns page.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $65. Standard shipping rates apply for smaller orders and international shipping, calculated at checkout.

Clothing Care
What materials are used?
Our tees are soft, lightweight, and breathable — perfect for sunny days at the beach. Most are made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton or a cotton/poly blend for durability and comfort. Check individual product descriptions for exact fabric details.
Will the design fade after washing?
Nope! Our prints are made using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. To keep them looking fresh, wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low.
Will my clothes shrink after washing?
We try to test every product ourselves, but there is a possibility they could shrink after washing. If in doubt, refer to the sizing guide on each individual product page. We include as much detailed information there as possible.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our shirts are printed and shipped from fulfillment centers across the U.S. to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Where do you get your designs?
Each design is made in-house at May Gray HQ. As artists and designers, we value original work and respect the work of others. Any likeness or relation to another creator's design is purely accidental.
